みなさんは自分の住んでいるところは好きですか？
そこはどんなところですか？
どんな人がいますか？
僕たちは能登町に住んでいます。
能登町には町民以外にも、
移住してきた人や、
違うところから学びに来ている人もいます。
そんな僕たちはお互いを知らないことが多いです。
能登町について知らないこともたくさんあります。
でもそれ以上に、たくさんのイベントがあります。
学生と大人との交流イベントや、
発表会みたいなのもあります。
僕たち高校生は
たくさんの意見を考え、交え、
いろいろなものを作ってきました。
そして今回、
新しいものを作ってみようと思っています。
それは町に住んでいる人たちの言葉を集めた
「たからばこ」という本を作りたいと思っています。
「たからばこ」というのは能登が
たくさんの良いところを持っていて
僕たちにとって宝箱のように感じたので
「たからばこ」と名付けました。
内容は能登町に住んでいる人たち、
年齢性別関係なく、この町に住んでいる人たちを
対象に、その人たちにとっての能登、
住んでいて楽しいことやうれしいことを
まとめた本を作ってみたいと思います。
実は最近、ネットでいろいろ探していたところ、
各地域の高校生たちは自分たちで地域に密着した本
フリーペーパーというものを作っていて、
僕たちもそれを参考に
フリーペーパーを作ってみたいと
思いました。
まだ計画しているだけなので
取材や、編集・印刷など具体的なことは
これからじっくり考えていきたいと思います。
どうかこれからも僕たちの活動を
見守ってください。
