グリップを握ったあと円盤、槍、ウエイトリフッテイング（クリーン、スナッチ、クリーン＆ジャーク）投げた距離、重量を見せて終了後プロテインを摂取するんじゃなくてクッキーを摂取する。
(感想)クッキーを食べた後円盤を投げたら後２ｍぐらいで５０ｍいけそうだった。
まだまだだなと実感した…このクッキーとともに進化を遂げていきたいと思います。
(感想)まだ距離が全然とどいていないので日々の練習を頑張りたいと思った。
